At RF Sarcastic Threads, every item is made-to-order — just for you.
Which means we can’t take back a sweatshirt simply because:

you “swear you ordered a medium,”

you “thought raccoons were bigger,”

or your impulse control took the day off.
But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered where it counts.

If we mess up, we fix it. Simple.
We’ll replace your item for free if:

It arrives misprinted

It’s damaged in transit

You receive the wrong item

There’s a quality defect

If it’s not our error, we unfortunately can’t take it back.

You have 30 days from delivery to request help.
After that, your sweatshirt becomes your emotional support animal forever.
💳 Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
(We don’t control banks. If we did, shipping would be free too.)
