Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at RF Sarcastic Threads — where the sweatshirts are soft, the animals are sassy, and the shipping info is actually easy to understand.


📦 Order Processing Time

All items are made-to-order (because we like printing your sarcasm fresh).

Processing time:
2–5 business days before your order ships.

This gives us time to print, pack, quality-check, and make sure nothing looks like it was run over by a raccoon.


🚚 Shipping Times

After processing, typical delivery estimates are:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • UK/EU: 5–15 business days

  • Australia/NZ: 7–20 business days

  • Everywhere else: 10–25 business days

(If you live somewhere remote, the carrier may take the scenic route. We don’t judge.)


✈️ International Orders

Your country may charge customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These are not included in our prices — unfortunately we don’t get a cut of those.


🔎 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If your tracking link is being dramatic and refuses to update, give it 24–48 hours. Carriers like attention but not too much attention.


📭 Wrong Address Policy

If you accidentally entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us ASAP at Info@vermontmountainmeadows.com

  • If the order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can fix it

  • If it has already been printed/shipped, we can’t reroute it

  • In that case, you may need to reorder (we print on demand)


❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but it is missing:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, bushes, etc.

  • Wait 48 hours — packages occasionally pull a disappearing act

  • If still missing, message us and we’ll help however we can
    (We can’t replace items stolen after delivery, but we’ll guide next steps.)


💥 Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives looking like it had a rough day:

  1. Email Info@vermontmountainmeadows.com

  2. Attach photos of the issue

  3. Include your order number

We’ll replace it for free — no drama required.
